Step 3 – Written Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for a written assessment comprising:
- General Aptitude
- Teaching Aptitude
- Subject-Specific Assessment
Step 4 – Classroom Demonstration
Candidates securing 80% or above in the written assessment will be invited to conduct a demonstration lesson at a mutually convenient date and time.
Step 5 – Final Interview
Candidates who successfully complete the demonstration lesson will attend a final interview
with the Principal. The discussion will include:
- Role and responsibilities
- School expectations
- Employment terms
- Compensation and benefits
Step 6 – Letter of Intent (LOI) & Offer Letter
Selected candidates will receive an official Offer Letter. A written acceptance must be
submitted within 24 hours of receiving the offer.
Step 7 – Joining & Appointment
The Appointment Letter will be issued after the successful completion of all joining
formalities, verification of original documents, and fulfilment of employment requirements.
Important : If a selected candidate is unable to join on the agreed date, prior written intimation is mandatory. Failure to report without prior communication may result in the withdrawal of the employment offer.
